Where emotions meet cryptography.
Unveiling Emotions series merges abstract expression and emotional resonance with advanced cryptography, using Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZK) to explore privacy and secrecy as an artistic medium.
Each physical work begins as a meditative practice, where the artist expresses a personal emotion through painting or drawing. The emotion itself is never revealed, instead its cryptographic hash is embedded into the physical artwork.
Viewers engage by submitting their own emotional responses via QR code,
receiving insights such as how many others shared their feeling, how their response aligns with the artist’s intent, and a glimpse into the unseen emotional diversity that the artwork inspired in others
- all without revealing anyone's private data.
First shown at Devcon 2024, the series sparked dialogue around art, psychology, and digital identity, showing how cryptographic tools like ZK can create meaningful, private connections and reimagine secrecy as a creative medium.
It invites reflection on the personal nature of emotions and art, while posing deeper questions about truth, perception, and privacy in the digital age.
